If you have lost your market pass, you must apply for a new pass:
You can arrange this at the counter of the Marktbureau openinghours Marktbureau. You will receive your new pass immediately. You can also send your application to marktbureau@amsterdam.nl. You will then receive your new pass after a few working days. You must pay for a new market pass. You will receive an invoice for this.
Has your market pass been stolen?
Then you do not have to pay anything. You must then bring or send the police report form. The market pass must be stated on the report form. Address: Marktbureau, Amstel 1, 1011PN Amsterdam (Centre)
