“Spring Forward – Fall Back” Spring Forward This term is meant to trigger your memory to set your clocks forward 1 hour in the spring at the start of Daylight Saving Time (DST), and 1 hour back in the fall when DST ends. A different way to remember which direction to set your clock for DST is that in the spring, you bring out (or forward) the garden furniture and in the fall you put it back.

Every year on the last weekend of March, the clocks are moved forward one hour. Officially, the clocks go forward one hour from 2 am to 3 am on the night of Saturday to Sunday. Daylight saving time 2025 starts on Saterdag March 29 to Sunday, March 30. Wintertime is on Sunday October 26, 2025.
